Engagement Pictures at Union Station in Los Angeles! This was my first time doing an engagement shoot at Union Station and it is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time! I’m so glad that Melissa and Jeremy decided on this location! Union Station was perfect for it’s architecture and the weather outside was excellent for infrared photos! I can’t wait for Melissa and Jeremy’s wedding this April at the Mission Inn in Riverside. One of my favorite venues!

On Saturday my cousin Allison and her fiance Bob came up to Santa Barbara for their engagement photos! We had lots of fun driving all around town doing pictures. We started on a small residential street down town and went all over the place including Westmont College, Butterfly Beach, The Santa Barbara Mission and various other places along the way. We shot until it was dark and then just kept going! It was so fun hanging out with my cousin and getting to know her fiance! Check out the pictures and the slide show!

Intercontinental Hotel Wedding

Back in 2007 I shot a really fun wedding at the Intercontinental Hotel in Culver City. Rebecca and Aaron are a very theatrical couple and they added bits of fun to their wedding including flower girls dressed as fairies, crowning the groom as king and unusual table toppers and other details.
About a week ago I was contacted by Kim Kabar, a freelance writer, who wanted to include some of my photos of Rebecca and Aaron’s Intercontinental Hotel Wedding in her LA Times article on whimsical weddings.

La Venta Inn Wedding

On Saturday I got to photograph Anne and John’s wedding with my friend Scott at La Venta Inn in Palos Verdes Estates. La Venta Inn Weddings are always awesome thanks to the great location, great staff and great food! It is always nice doing wedding pictures at La Venta Inn because there are so many awesome backgrounds. La Venta Inn is also a really good location for Infrared Wedding Photography. What made the day even better was that Anne and John were laid back, happy, photogenic and their friends were awesome! Have a look at the pics!
